We know that real food, starts with real farmers. Our lamb is born and raised across some of the best environments, by the best farmers, in Southern Australia. Willow Bend lamb is at its core, a family business. Developed by the Bull family at their property ‘Willow Bend’ on the picturesque plains of Holbrook, New South Wales, Willow Bend Lamb now involves over 30 farming families in its journey from the paddock in Australia, to the best supermarket shelves and restaurant plates around the world.

25 years ago, Tom Bull set out to develop a specialist lamb breed focused on exceptional meat quality unlike anything that had been in the market before. In doing so, he developed the Primeline – a sheep breed focused entirely on producing the ultimate package of marbling, tenderness, and flavour.
