Our Lamb
Willow Bend Lamb is produced by a carefully selected group of farmers using the same Primeline genetics, same feed, and same dedication to animal welfare.
Our lamb is pasture raised, and grain finished. Using whole grain barley, our farmers finish their lambs for a minimum of 40 days on grain.
Flavour, Quality, Consistency
The combination of our genetics and finishing process results in our product having up to double the marbling when compared to other lamb brands. Our lambs are never administered any hormones or antibiotics ever.
This all results in a lamb that is a cut above the rest – it is sweet, subtle in flavour and marbled to perfection.
